touchIME is enhancing its US presence<\/strong><\/p>\n Since its inception in 2017, Touch Independent Medical Education (touchIME) has built on more than a decade of medical publishing experience to become a major provider of IME & CME. Our extensive worldwide network services the needs of healthcare professional learners (HCPs) worldwide.<\/p>\n In 2020, following an in-depth audit by the ACCME, touchIME was recognised for meeting the ACCME\u2019s stringent criteria. This qualified us to receive AMA accreditation via the ACCME in partnership with USF Health Office of Continuing Professional Development (USF Health).<\/p>\n Better service for learners and supporters in the USA<\/strong><\/p>\n touchIME is headquartered in the UK. We enjoy positive relationships with all our supporters worldwide, and many of them are based in the USA. This extension of our global presence will enhance our ability to work with supporters\u2019 US-based grant offices.<\/p>\n This includes:<\/p>\n Ultimately, this move will bring even more exciting educational opportunities to our global network of healthcare professionals by opening the doors for us to obtain a greater diversity of support.<\/p>\n Professor Peter Taylor, Editor-in-Chief for touchIMMUNOLOGY, clarifies the importance of this exciting opportunity:<\/p>\n \u201cWe live in an era of unprecedented advance in translational research and clinical care across every branch of medicine, and so the need to keep up to date with accessible, highest quality medical education is higher than ever. touchIME achieves this goal, and now with a US presence, facilitates international knowledge sharing with a commitment to a truly global approach to medical education.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n\n
