Great Place to Work® is the global authority on workplace culture. They assess thousands of employee surveys from companies across the country to gauge their holistic wellbeing experiences at work, enabling them to create the UK’s Best Workplaces™ for Wellbeing list.
The survey is sent by GPW to our employees, asking them to comment on how we support their work-life balance, sense of fulfilment, job satisfaction, psychological safety and financial security. Evaluations also included assessing how well we could deliver consistency of their experience across all departments and seniority levels.
This rounds out an incredible year, becoming an accredited Great Place to Work®, Great Place to Work® for Women, and now one of the UK’s Best Workplaces™ for Wellbeing (2023).
