Following the successes from the recent World Aids Day and World Menopause Day campaigns, a collaborative team made up from departments across Touch Medical Media are working together to launch a campaign around Rare Disease Day on 28th February 2022.
Keep an eye out for updates and coverage on our social media channels in the run up to Rare Disease Day.
We hope the campaign will shine a light on pre-existing healthcare inequalities for people living with Rare Diseases and will have a strong focus on patient quality of life and the difficulty of diagnosing patients early. The campaign will feature published article, content and video interviews with leading experts covering a wide range of Rare Diseases, including an interview with touchREVIEWS in Neurology’s Editor-in-Chief, Prof. Said R Beydoun on rare neuromuscular diseases.
